בעקבות הצלחת התוכנית ב-2015, הרוח הישראלית קוראת לכם – מבוגרים היכולים להתחבר לצעירים בגילאי 18 – להצטרף למחזור ב' של תוכנית המנטורים "אחד על אחד", ולהביא לשינוי אמיתי.
"אחד על אחד" היא תוכנית ייחודית של הרוח הישראלית, ומטרתה ללוות צעירים מארבעה כפרי נוער לאורך כיתה י"ב, שירותם הצבאי, והמעבר לאזרחות לאחר השחרור.
