החיבור של אדם-טבע מופנם ומיושם בדרך החינוכית-טיפולית של הכפר

מתוך ההבנה כי לטבע תכונות ואיכויות השמורות רק לו, הוקם בכפר משק חקלאי הכולל בתוכו משק צומח ומשק חי. המשק החקלאי המשתרע על פני חמישה דונמים, מספק לחניכים מגוון הזדמנויות ומאפשר להם לחוות באופן ישיר ובלתי אמצעי את משמעות "ערך העבודה" אשר לאורו, בין היתר, מחנך צוות הכפר את החניכים.

באמצעות העבודה והשהייה הן במשק החי והן במשק הצומח, לומדים בני הנוער על הטבע ועל תהליך החיים, חווים אינטראקציות אנושיות חדשות, מפנימים כללי עבודה ובטיחות, משכללים יכולות תקשורת ומתנסים בלקיחת יוזמה ואחריות.[/fusion_text][/one_full][one_full last="yes" spacing="yes" center_content="no" hide_on_mobile="no" background_color="" background_image="" background_repeat="no-repeat" background_position="left top" hover_type="none" link="" border_position="all" border_size="0px" border_color="" border_style="" padding="" margin_top="" margin_bottom="" animation_type="" animation_direction="" animation_speed="0.1" animation_offset="" class="" id=""][title size="3" content_align="right" style_type="underline solid" sep_color="#dd9933" margin_top="" margin_bottom="" class="" id=""]כשהאדם מטפל בטבע, הטבע מטפל באדם[/title][fusion_text]בזכות תרומתה הנדיבה של חברת מטריקס לפינת החי, המאכלסת חמורים, עיזים, דגים, ברווזים, זוחלים, ארנבות, תרנגולות ואפילו זוג כלבים, הורחבו בעזרת הנערים אפשרויות הגישה אל בעלי החיים, דבר שסייע רבות לביסוס והרחבת התהליך החינוכי והערכי של בני הנוער. תהליך שתחילתו מתן מענה לצרכיהם הרגשיים של הנערים וסופו חיזוק יכולותיהם ואמונתם בעצמם ובסובבים אותם. כמו כן, המעורבות והשותפות של החניכים בהקמת פינת החי, חיזקה את מחויבותם של החניכים כלפיה ועודדה אותם לשמור עליה ולהמשיך לטפחה. [/fusion_text][/one_full][one_full last="yes" spacing="yes" center_content="no" hide_on_mobile="no" background_color="" background_image="" background_repeat="no-repeat" background_position="left top" hover_type="none" link="" border_position="all" border_size="0px" border_color="" border_style="" padding="" margin_top="" margin_bottom="" animation_type="" animation_direction="" animation_speed="0.1" animation_offset="" class="" id=""][title size="3" content_align="right" style_type="underline solid" sep_color="#dd9933" margin_top="" margin_bottom="" class="" id=""]להכניס את הטבע אל ליבו הפועם של הכפר –  גינת צמחי מרפא על פי הרמב"ם[/title][fusion_text]לצידו של המשק החי, הוקם המשק הצומח אשר עתיד עם הזמן לכלול שתי גינות: גינת רמב"ם וגינה אורגנית אשר תוקם בהמשך. גינת הרמב"ם הוקמה בעזרתם של 70 מעובדי החטיבה העסקית של בנק הפועלים, במסגרת יום המעשים הטובים.
עובדי הבנק, בראשותו של המנהל יעקב אורבך ומנהל האגף העסקי אלי זהב, התגייסו ליום שכולו שיפוץ, בנייה, עשייה ובעיקר יצירה של יש מאין – הקמת גינת צמחי מרפא על פי הרמב"ם, בטבורו של המשק החקלאי בכפר.
על אף הגשם והרוחות העזות עמלו עובדי הבנק במרץ לשיפור מראה פניה של פינת החי התוססת: העובדים והנערים גם יחד סיקלו את האבנים והכינו מצע חול לעיזים ולחמורים כמו גם מצע טוף יפיפה סביב בריכת הדגים והברווזים. אלא שלא די בכך, עיקר העשייה של עובדי הבנק הגיעה לשיאה בהקמת גינת רמב"ם ושתילתם של צמחי מרפא מגוונים.
גינת צמחי הרמב"ם מטופלת באופן שוטף ועקבי על ידי חניכי הכפר, המחזקים בזכות העבודה הרציפה בה, את הקשר שלהם לכפר, לאדמה ולמקורות היהודיים.
אין ספק כי חווית השתילה המשותפת של החניכים ועובדי הבנק, זה לצד זה, שתלה תחושת שייכות ומסוגלות בליבם של הנערות והנערים, והפיחה בהם רוח חדשה של צמיחה והתפתחות.
